[Gameplay] Anivia's Flash Frost disappears.

Anivia's Flash Frost disappears after casting it right after autoing. It doesn't need to collide with any minions for this to happen though. It's not effected by any skin, i'm able to do it on classic and blackfrost.

Recreation: cast Flash Frost (q) imediatly after autoing, should disappear about mid-flight.

Frequency: 10/10 at minions, 1/10 not at minions I've noticed that it doesn't need to pass through minions to disappear, but it happens far more often when it does.
