I have come across many people that have this problem (I have also experienced it firsthand); when you enter the room the chat gets blocked similar to how it does when you spam a message many times. This is specially annoying in blind pick in which (as you may know) you lock your position by writting it first.
Thanks in advance
devante gomez1 voteshave u been toxic? cuz chat blocking is a well stated punishment, of riots. it generally means you're close to banned, better shape up.

no its not a ban, its a bug that happens sometimes when you enter a room; the "ban" only lasts a few seconds but that is long enough to make you loose a desired position.
