Permanent Icons via Hextech

A few days ago (or maybe it was yesterday, I can't remember, lack of sleep and excess of work in the past week) I unlocked the 150 orange essence and permanent icon from Hextech and couldn't find it in my inventory or in the box where you change your icon. I thought nothing of it considering it was one of those rainbow poro ones. But it happened again a few hours ago today with the Mecha Icon, it said it was unlocked and permanently added to my inventory but it's not there. Is this a bug or am I somehow looking in the wrong place(s)? I would like to use the new icons I got.

Pretty sure it's a bug, I remember testing that out on the PBE and the icons would appear in your icon selection area.

Sounds like a bug, I have gotten all my unlocked icons where they should be. The one I'm using now I got from crafting in fact.
