[GAMEPLAY]Animations not displayed (with video)

This problem started a few days ago. My commands are correctly registered, however animations are sometimens not displayed. For example i might issue commands for 5 AAs. but i might see 4 of them correctly displayed, with 1 not displayed or partially displayed. This may happen for champion movement and and skills as well. This happens consistently many times during every game My pc has always been able to handle the game flawlessly, connection is stable. Windows 7 64 bit Fx 6200 8gb ram Amd r9 280x video drivers up to date LoL uninstalled and redownloaded I think i also updated windows recently
