Im only 14, i do not have access to any decent keystones or runes its a complete level disadvantage and needs to be addressed for lowbies

The entire new player experience us garbage. The whole leveling system is dumb. It's only there because LOL was made during the WoW clone era and everything needed levels and talent trees then

It is primarly to counter the insta re-creation of accounts that get perma-banned for various reasons.

It is also there to make sure that you can handle the diverse tools that you have at your disposition pre-game.

It also make sure that there is no level 1 that end up in ranked play without having a proper grasp of the game.

and im struggling zed as an alt bc i dont see why they erf him bc of an item? Qss removes all his ult dmg, so now it does 5% less, and Qss instant cancels both Dusk Dratarr blade and ult
