Locked/Semi-Locked Screen Bug

I liked to point out that the feel of the locked/semi locked screen mode has been very off in the last few patches. Before I would play thousands of games with locked screen with no apparent technical issues but now when I play with locked/semi locked screen I find it extremely hard to control my mouse cursor. This makes cs'ing and clicking on champions extremely hard (severely reducing my in game performance and playmaking ability). At first I thought this might be due to packet loss, bad internet connection or bad hardware/software. However after talking to my internet service provider and having my mac (this issue also happened in my Windows pc) checked up I found that these were not the issues. It was only recently that I discovered that this "loss of my mouse control" was only present in semi-locked/locked screen mode. When I switched to unlocked screen this issue disappeared. If any locked screen users out there share the same problem please bump up this post or share any opinions.

To check this bug out simply try the game in semi-locked/locked screen (prob try cs'ing or attacking champions in a custom game) than switch to unlocked screen (and try the same process).
