Nidalee In Game Bug

Hey Guys, I have read numerous threads on how to report a bug. So please, do not get angry by saying I didn't read and put a photo and/or video. I have been trying to catch this bug in action but it happens so fast in game that I just haven't been able to.

But, hopefully someone else can catch it.

Basically, Nidalee somehow appears to float across the screen and be untargettable to lock on abilities. Almost as if she is lagging across the ground. I thought nothing serious of it, until it happened again with a Nidalee 2 games later. Since then, this has happened twice. I've noticed A LOT of server, ping, firewall, fps, etc. issues in this patch and I know you guys at Rito are hard at work. In my opinion, from the look of it, she seems to slide across the screen as if she is frozen yet still playing. Not sure if it is because of server lag or an actually Nidalee, as a champion herself, type bug. Again, I am sorry I couldn't catch this on camera yet, but it's hard to hold a phone up in game and catch a sliding cat across your screen. Lolol. Hope my description can somewhat atleast help you guys.
