Game accept pop-up doesn't go away after clicking the 'accept' button. Remains on the screen and locks out all other functions. Cannot interact with the pop-up after the initial press of either 'accept or 'decline'. Occurs randomly, images below are from an ARAM. Bug persists after match.

Just happened to me, so It's still a thing. Seems to only strike for me in ARAM.
Same thing happening to me daily now. As far as I can see it's been around for more than 2 years so I doubt anything will ever happen at this point.
