Darius E and R bug.

I have noticed a couple bugs with the targeting of Darius's E, Apprehend, and R, Noxian Guillotine. Darius's abilities don't have a channel time, but they do have an animation, and it is a similar bug between the two. Darius pulls everyone in a cone in front of him to him, but there is a very short delay, so many times, people will flash out of his E only to still be pulled back into it, same with his ultimate, His ult animation will go off, so you flash to dodge it, but being single target, even if you are out of it's initial cast range, the damage will still be dealt. I don't feel as though this is intentional, and it makes it difficult to play against him as one cannot properly evade his abilities.

The ultimate seems pretty intentional, after all, it's not AoE. I think the E is genuinely a bug though.

I vaguely remember riot going on record and explaining his e, the effect takes place when the animation starts, so if you're in it when it starts, it will pull you back regardless.

Pretty much, I have mixed feelings about it, on one hand, it seems unfair, on the other, Darius needs all of the help that he can get right now, while he may be a lane bully, he's a slow lane bully and apprehend is really all that he has to get to someone (unless you build Righteous Glory, which while fantastic on him, just received a pretty heavy nerf.)

Which by the way, I don't think RIOT should have to nerf things based on the LCS. The LCS is like the millionaire population in America, and the government is RIOT, trying to pull apart large businesses that rich people invest in. That's probably not the best analogy, but whatever.

Don't nerf things because the pro's use it. Nerf it just for them, or something.

Well the item was originally buffed to the point of where it was beyond efficient, the problem is with this item being gone, certain champs that had problems engaging took a massive nerf (looking at Olaf) while champions that already had solid engage didn't care as much (still hurts though.)

To be fair, at lower stages of the game, the majority of players have problems using actives anyways >.>

So it's a mini DFG crisis. This is a really great item for engages and general objective mobility, allowing more champions to be viable as the role they are. This item is nerfed heavily, making certain champions less useful and influential.

Olaf is sad, but he doesn't know how to cry, so he just yells louder. RIOT mistakes this for cries of bloodlust and happiness, so they leave him alone. Olaf is more sad now because he doesn't know how to voice his concerns other than the elevation of his "urge to kill," leaving him depressed and mopey. A mopey champ can't initiate for a team!

RIOT, make Olaf happy and buff his ult MS or something. You will either get a nice kiss or just a really loud yell.

Pretty much, the item could only be used for engages as the MS buff only applied when in proximity to enemy champions.

A 100 health nerf is substantial to say the least, iirc, that's the second nerf it's received since it's seen so much play (and a major nail in the coffin to the tank meta, RIP imo the most healthy meta)

I still do, but the pool for champs is steadily becoming more and more limited. Sej is still playable at least, Rek will probably get hit again, gragas for damn sure will get hit again (makes me sad) but at least we have Zac :D

I'd like to say that given the huge buff being given to Darius within the next (few?) patch(es), his E should definitely be nerfed and changed to a channel. Heck, the same thing happens to me every time I use Lissandra's E, and I get pulled to him all the way from Timbuktu (from inhibitor back to him at the nexus turret). In my opinion this is either a bug or a seriously messed up game mechanic. It's not supposed to be that amazing of a pull, just a "I want to use my Q/auto attacks on you one or two more times" type of pull. EDIT: This reminds me of that level 1 Darius pentakill video LOL
