delays and thresh

Hello guys this is my very first time since september, 2012, the date i started playing league, that im posting a thread. the reason why im doing it is because i played a match as a few mins ago and there was huge amounts of delays which is very uncomoon, i play on the NA even though i live on japan, my ping is 150-170, but it usually sits at 160, and my pc is crappy, now lag is comoon, but not delays, i asked both my team and the enemy if they were having delays too but none replyed, so i got a bit worried. i also wanna talk about thresh, in this same match i noticed that the range indicator on the W wasnt showing up sometimes, this was patched sometime ago i suppose...i really apreciate to know someone else is having this issues, i suppose the delays stuff will pass, or it might be my problem instead of a server inssue, i will play more to confirm
