(GAMEPLAY) Omega Squad Teemo Auto Attack Delay

I just bought the new skin for Teemo and as I started using my normal attacks, the darts were hitting my enemies, but the actual damage wasn't applied until a split second later, even after the impact animation. I tried in both summoners rift and the howling abyss and I had the same issue. I don't know if it was just from possibly ping, but I was rocking at least 10-30 ping and everything was responding just fine. Building attack speed didn't seem to change anything either, except for Runaan's Hurricane, which the bolts from the item were hitting on time, and even before Teemo's darts did damage.

Sum it up, Teemo auto attacks don't do damage until later even after they impact a champion/minion.
