THE AZIR E BUG [gameplay]

I have seen and even played azir however there is huge error in azir e because azir is a champ who is weak against the champs who goes in at you, like zed, e is very important for if there is no e, you would die; I am not saying e is not working, I am saying part of the e skill of azir isnt working right now even if azir hits the champion with e, only shield is made and the champs do not go up in the air. that 1 sec airborne is really important for azir because he is slamming in the champs. but if the champs that get slammed into doesnt get any effect and is able to keep hitting you, there is no point of using e to the champs with azir. when I was playing, e airborne didnt work and he flashed away weqr combo didnt work; leaving me alone in their tower to die
