I can't link to get the Twitch Prime capsule, it will always forwards to "There was an error linking your account. Please try again." I log in and out, verified the account in the League client, etc. I've tried it on and off for a couple weeks now but still no luck. I live in an area that should be able to get the capsules, what am I doing wrong???

Was having the same issue while trying to link the account using Google Chrome. Switched over to Firefox and had no issue linking the account. Hope that helps some of y'all.
Same problem here. It automatically connects to "NA" server, even when im logged at EUNE server " na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/twitchprime/" My friends got it, but I can't connect this fucking account. Rito pls.
I had this issue, but worked after I disabled my ad/tracker blocker (uBlock Origin & Ghostery) in Firefox.
I FIXED IT, GO IN YOUR TWITCH PRIME ACCOUNT, settings, connections, scroll down, you find how to connect. ggwp all
