[CLIENT] Champ select is horribly laggy.

Ok, so I've had this problem ever since Runes Reforged launched. I have low spec mode turned on but it seems pretty useless because every champ select it takes me forever to ban and pick a champion, I have to make my rune page 30 seconds in advance because the UI is so abysmal, and if my champ gets banned and I have to start making runes again I basically dodge involuntarily because the entire client is so painfully slow. The game itself runs fine though - I get 45-60 FPS on medium-high. Please look into this, it's honestly really sad and makes me want to leave and play something else rather then waiting for the lag to calm down a bit. Cheers
