So I was playing Support Miss Fortune and I bought a Relic Shield expecting to be able to help out my ADC in lane who was a Soraka, but to my sad realization I noticed that the execution feature of Relic Shield wasn't going off? Is this some kind of bug or a sick joke?

Relic shield execution doesn't proc for ranged champions, but if you last hit them normally the gold and heal will go through :)
