not much to say but the celestine soraka skin is supposed to only show soraka's staff on death and her body is supposed to disappear. the animation for her body floating up and dispensary happens but her model is left on the ground throughout the animation and remains there after death. its not the end of the world for me but the death animation was something i really liked about the skin and I'm sad that its glitched.
Yah i had this problem as well, leaving this here cause its the support ticket i put in as well lol. Hope they fix it soon! For now all the criez 
When the death animation happens there is the model that floats up and then disintegrates into gold dust, but then there is a bugged copy of the model that stays on the ground so it literally looks like she is floating out of herself currently. Happened to another person using the skin on the enemy team just before i used it to check for myself, so it is indeed a bug.
Having the same problem. The best death animation is bugged... Hope Riot notices
