After merging 3 key fragments and unlocking a Loot Chest, I have received an error, so I had to restart the game a couple of times. After that I wasn't able to receive or see my loot. Can I please have it back? I'm tired of things I am not able to control ruining my experience with League.
If it crashed WHILE unlocking a chest, you got the loot, just didn't get the chance to see what it was.
It's most likely you did receive the loot somewhere, if you can't find it you can submit a Support Ticket or reach out to Player Support through Twitter @RiotSupport and they'll be able to find it for you, or fix it if there was an issue.
