Right Click Malfunctions IG

i've been having this problem for a month now and its impossible to play given half my clicks dont get recognized by the game, it really affects the experience, not only is it frustrating for me but also for my teammates that either think im boosted or trolling since i stop mid fights or just stand in base fighting with items trying to buy them. ive been to the forums n deleted the whole conf folder in riot games and after a game of having it stable it goes right back in the games after, if not worst.. pls help im desperate i can't play league like this anymore
