Report a Bug [Gameplay] [Crash]

Hey Riot! So I was playing Summoners Rift with my friends as Nautilus when suddenly my screen freezes. The game's music still works and I can still get out of the game without the screen being frozen. They reported me because they didn't believe me. And THEY say I'm toxic. Now I have a 20min lower priority match just for having a frozen game screen. And like I have said, it's not the computer, it's the game.
