spectateing games

hey i just found out that i couldnt spectate ranked games so i just fought it was some kinda glitch then i tryed to repir but that didnt work then i tryed to reinstall league of legends and that didnt work so now i idk what to do since i love spectateing ranked games and i am just chilling and stuff and sry for the poorle english and description of this bug
