Queue Bug

While afk for a couple hours, I had the game open and got disconnected from chat and all that, normal stuff. My internet went down and back up, I reconnected and everything was fine. After sitting in ARAM solo queue for about 3 mins I try leaving it and re-queue'ing. Same thing, another 5 mins. Check out the store, loads fine, browser works fine, close the client and try again. This time I'm locked out of queues for over 10 minutes from leaving too many games or declining too many games. So I'm just taking this 10 mins to post a bug report for something I've never had happen before.
