TFT Taking damage after a loss in a round twice

My character in TFT took damage twice at the end of the round. This occurred when my Tristana bomb was still on the enemy Darius when all my characters died. I took the initial 13 damage to my lil legend once the round ended, then a couple seconds after the bomb detonated. When the detonation occurred the animation and sound of him winning played again and my lil legend health permanently went down another 13.
