[GAMEPLAY] Smart ping bug(same thing as a few years ago)

Hey guys-

I know this isn't the right place to post this, but it won't allow me to post anywhere else because I'm not lvl 6 and never use the forums. Anyway, just a few days ago, this weird smart ping bug started to happen to me. Basically it just makes my cursor jump to the edge of the screen when I start to ping.
