[GAMEPLAY] Shens Q does not trigger on relic shield attack
On Shen, when killing a minion with a Relic Shield stack, he wont get the health regen of his Q.
- Q a minion
- Kill it with a relic stack auto attack
- You wont get the health regen (no green circles appear around Shen) This happens every time.
