[Gameplay] [Item: Sightstone] Wards don't refill

In my last game as Taric (03.12.2017; started ~9:30 am CET) the Sightstone didnt refill when comming back to the shop. I had to play without wards for some time. After an upgrade to Ruby Sightstone, everything was fine again.

That's basically all.
