[GAMEPLAY] Lux E passes Through wind wall

Lux's E will pass right through Yasuo's windwall if you pre-detonate it

To reproduce:

1. cast the lux e just behind the windwall
2. press e again while the projectile is in the air
3. the projectile passes right through and explodes

if it is cast to where the edge of the circle is about tangent to the windwall it works every time
