After watching 4 games for 40+ minutes each, my rewards are not updating.My account says that my watch rewards are correctly set up, but are not updating in my missions. I have already played 5 games, but am unable to get the "Fan Pass 1 of 8" mission completed due to this.
Is anyone else having this issue? Or know of a solution?
Same happening with the LCS Team Pass. Watched both C9 games lives, and watched the vods multiple times, but it has only given me credit for 1 game. I'm also getting the "watch rewards are correctly set up" message, so I'm positive this is on riots side. [sg-lux-2]
I don't get any rewards either
I've gotten one (TSM) - got the one for watching the TSM vs CLG game VoD, didn't get one for the TSM vs LIQ game live NOR VoD. Kinda disappointed that it's bugged already.
Yeah I got the same issue, watched both of the Cloud9 matches live, and watched both of the VODs, and the bar is only up by one (1).

yep my progress towards my tsm team pass isn't being counted even though I watch the games lives and even tried the vods.
Same here. I spent all day Sunday watching all the games and it never updated for me:(
Pretty disappointed that it's not updating. Watched both Liquid games live and watched the TL/Fox VOD twice to see if it would hit 1/3. No dice.
The fact that Riot isn't responding to any of these bug questions/complaints is pretty low in terms of customer support.
Will ride this out but will never buy it again. You're paying 10 bucks to waste time/bandwidth (if you have a cap) on a product they didn't troubleshoot well enough for a release.

Same here too! Still not working although I submitted a bug report 2 days ago. Tried on different PCs and different browsers (firefox & chrome). Watch 3 games worked well, but on the same day I finished it, Watch 4 counted only 1 game watched, but not the rest. All of that with "Rewards configured correctly" message.
Same stuff for FNC... No watch reward even after watching live and the VOD...

I cant get any credit for videos either. and here we are without a word or peep from riot. how are they going to take responsibility for this screw up?
Watched the whole day today including some EU and got 2/3 for pro games watched and 0 progress for my LCS pass.
Like wtf. Its so frustrating how we are paying for something that doesnt work properly
I have the same issue. Regular watch rewards work just fine. I just don't get the points for my team anymore. Watched both matches live, only got a point for the first one.
I'm having issues with the LEC pass but the LCS pass updated
