"You Have left a game in Progress"

i just won a rank game about 2hours ago after the game i decide to skip the statue because it took me about 10 min to wait already after the game FINISH after that i can not queue , then i try to relog and shows "You Have left a game in Progress" and i click the reconnect but nothin happen and i have already try all the possible way "repair relogx100 reboot my cpx100 re dL" etc.... to try to fix it but all doesn t work , i have been already wait for like more then two hours now please help riot
