Hello. From 24.05.2019 on EUNE im not getting trial tokens dont know if it is same on the other servers. It had repaired for a while today,26-05-2019,for 2 -3 games,and now again stuck.Pls riot do something for this.Either fix it,or extend the period.We have paid for this.If you can not fix it,then give MY MONEY BACK.I am waiting for your answer
Same date, EUNE here not gaining trial tokens, wrote 5 tickets to riot on 25th they havent responded yet. Logged my account from 3 different computers and it doesnt make a difference. After game it says "you gained 12 tokens" but it doesn't add them to my loot. I was on 1k tokens collect 2k until the event ends but at this rate i won't get my prestige lux and i can bet you any amount of money that riot isn't even going to conpansate the points that we lost. i am missing roughly around 200-300 points from the games i didnt recieve tokens from and they're not gonna add them to me when they fix this issue (if they fix at all... i'm not getting a respnse for 2 days)
I have the same problem as you. I have been experiencing this situation all these days. I have also lost a lot of trial tokens. Who can solve this problem!
