No mouse/keyboard input works

So, the solution is to restart your computer, it fixes the issue.

Rebuilding the game, deleting the config, and changing your graphic card settings do nothing as a heads up.

I'm not sure what caused the issue, but I just lost a game because of it, since I could not move or open any menus. So anyone else googling, don't bother doing anything but restarting your computer and seeing if that fixes it first. [sg-zephyr]
