Ping issues

Hi guys i have an issue with ping in game, i let this test a little bit more, so you can see, where is problem, it happens quite often in a game, every 15-20 seconds my ping go for few second about 200-300, even more sometimes, does anyone have any solution. I tried hextec repair tool, i even repair whole LoL, and repatch him, but still nothin'. Any solutions ? Thanks.
