Bug Splatted at Loading Screen then forced to agree to not leave game again.

I got bug splatted at the loading screen, and when I reopened the client it took 10 minutes to re-scan all the files then do a random update (I have been playing all day and updated it this morning, and haven't had any issues until my last game). I managed to get back into the game and play for 10 minutes before we agreed to surrender since our top laner was also dc'd for the first 10 minutes of the game. At the stats screen I was forced to agree not to leave any future games when it wasn't even my choice or fault?
