New mobile game not for old phones?

Hey Riot I have a Samsung Galaxy Alpha and apparently my version cant download the new blitzcranks poro game on the phone. I have looked in my settings and my phone has already all its updates done. I would really really love to have a copy of the game on my phone! Thanks!
