a Bug or something

i got a problem that when i start the game and press play i get 20 min punishment and afte 10 min the punishment screen goes and i return to the main screen. i understand the 20 min punishment and thats becouse i was in syria (very slow internet and some times the electricity go off) but naw i moved to germany and the internet hier is very good . any one have an idea whaw i can fix this problem
