[Help Center] Unlocking Game Modes - Ranked unlocked at *16* champions, not the new *20*?!
Since the Help & Support staff was less than helpful 
, and I still see this article get regular changes which constantly seem to overlook this issue (e.g. the KB page was last updated on Friday, yet it still says wrong), I'm making a try here instead.
From the incorrect KB article:
> Normal 5v5 Summoner's Rift (Draft) will open up at level 10 and when you acquire at least 16 champions. > Ranked Solo/Duo and Ranked Flex queues for 5v5 Summoner's Rift will open at level 30 and when you acquire at least 16 champions.
From the 7.11 Path Notes:
> Starting in patch 7.11, the ban phase for all draft Summoner’s Rift modes will feature five bans per team instead of three. We’ll be rolling the feature out to all regions throughout the patch. As a heads up, we’ll be upping the number of owned champions required to play ranked from 16 to 20.
So could someone jump on and change the incorrect "16" number to "20" already? I want to reference the KB article, but since it is wrong (and have been for almost 6 months now) I'm forced to reference the Patch Notes themselves.

In the instance that I am actually mistaken on this, please explain to me why so I know for future reference.
