[GAMEPLAY] jinx minigun spray animation bug

its was multiple times that this happened where jinx would just spazz out and spray, probably a bug. this happens when jinx stands near a wall in the epic monsters and is in range for AA-ing. not sure if its just me or if its a consistent thing with jinx because my friends who play jinx never told me about this problem.
