[GAMEBREAKING] All of my abilities rebound in the middle of the game.

So I'm playing a game as Katarina for the hell of it and we just did dragon. I press B to go back to base and my zhonyas go off... I couldn't even click the recall button and had to run back to base. My Q didn't work and my E and R didn't work. I restarted the game and it still happened. We got in to a teamfight and I couldn't even ult or even click my ult and we lost right there. Pretty sure this has happened in the past.

EDIT: I even checked my keybindings and reset them and nothing happened...
