Game Disappear (Game Crash and have no option to recconect)

I play game got double kill and sudenly i got Attempt to Recc.. Everything is good.. Net, pc and all.. I close game in order to recconect and when i log in there was no game.. Nothing in history.. No recconect option.. Game just disapear.. I go on op gg and game was "live" but i was unable to do anything.. Wierd but i feel bad for team that maybe lost game cause of me..
