Something more to fix

Hello everyone! I'm just a common player, I usually play jungle or support, I don't think I'm that good but I can handle myself well, mostly in jungle I usually carry the match (in bronze ranked). The issue is about this: Everyone knows there are a lot of smurfs who play ranked. That's not bad, untill they troll the entire match. From the troll pick (ezreal support, yasuo adc, ecc...) to the suicides under enemy towers (mates with 0/15/1 as score)... Junglers who can't gank and when there's tf they just walk in the middle of the lane waiting for "total party kill". Thanks to this issue I can't go on with ranked (I'm bronze 4 after something like 8/10 matches lost thanks to troll players). I write this only becouse a nice game is ruined by theese players and if you say "just change game" you know you are saying bullshit. I also would like to have the opportunity (as player) to remake the match before it starts, due to troll picks, maybe with a votation of the trolled team. I think it's both a player's issue and a riot issue. And, if you read the entire post, you will realize that game's mechanics only allow this to happen (if you didn't realized it playing). There's NO votation for kicking a player who's picking a troll champion. There's no anti smurf system, and if riot loves to have lots of accounts, then maybe, I think, they should bring some new rules and checks. Right now it's allowed to troll in ranked and to waste other's score. They may be punished, but they are still smurfs, and they will continue to ruin the game again. Honestly I only see punishments for who doesn't pick a champion, and I would like to do so if I see a trolling smurf. I only ask a system to fight people who: ban your selected champion; go straight under enemy tower and feed; go into a fight 2 vs 5 (for example); Pick wrong champions with wrong masteries and runes (es: ekko supp and feed), (I use troll pick too, but I never feed, and I'm not a jenius, they just do that on purpose); troll jungle staying afk when he ganks; flame; troll; ecc... I repeat, 8/10 times I have one of them in team, and usually someone also goes afk. I hope this will help lots of players, and riot to have more and more active accounts.
