When u go in a Que and never come out...

Riot something is wrong with league of legends for some reason... and its not just me but also my friends that are playing. They cant seem to get out of this champion select and they cant reconnect because the game doesn't exist. Its pretty sad for them luckily I just went online to see if the skins released yet. Maybe u forgot to patch up league because something was supposed to release today, it even said it on the "Traveler Returns" for the new skins of Wukong, Caitlyn and Morgana this might be the problem because it was supposed to release in the 26/01/2016 but it didn't come out so I would refer Riot to fix this problem as soon as possible for my friends are bored to death waiting in champion select. Have Mercy On Them Riot.
