[GAMEPLAY] Chroma skins not available in skin selection

So I have bought a nami, bard and cassiopeia chroma skins. But when I want to use them they don't show in skin selection. I know this is supposed to not work in team builder but this also happens on ranked, normal or even customs. Though it rarely shows up in the skin select, it only happens like 1-2 games in a week or 2 and I can't use it again. I hope you can fix this cause I paid for those skins and I want to use them.
