Delay after a match ends

After every match in any game mode, there is like a delay where it is just a background with a buffering sign, and it's just like that for like 3-6 mins. It's very annoying and I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it still happens. I don't get the chance to honor people or see who honors me nor see my end game stats and chat. It's completely annoying. Please help me fix this. After a long loading time it just says "Skip waiting for stats"
