Seems to happened a lot in my recent 14A nidalee game too. Didn't think much of it because I thought I just missed by a bit and/or lag but.

I've been seeing this a lot lately too. I think they made the width of the spear too skinny, that it will miss enemy champs even inside of their hit-boxes. Good recording of an example for this!
