League Crashing

I have never had a problem playing this game ever, no lag spikes no dc's or freezing. Today it hardcore froze in an ARAM match to the point where I couldn't even close the game out by ending the process tree in the task manager. I couldn't even restart the computer but the music kept playing. I don't know what's going on but I hope it's not going to continue this way since the big patch yesterday. Any ideas or suggestions to fix this? It happened to my friend also.
