Can u finally repair Illaoi's E??

How much duels or even games I need to lose cuz E is blocked by air, by fkin nothing or E go through a champion??? Most bugged and skin-less champion in this season. This bug last like over a year, but ok, no one cares, cuz its not meta pick.
