Remake when i didn't even connect to game yet

i was going to play a ranked game, and we picked champs and the loading screen came up. The loading screen has been getting longer for me idky but i feel as if it is the new MacBook update with the new security issues. But this is the 3rd time the game started without me connecting. i have been getting this long loading screen ever since the MacBook update. the new circle loading thing on the bottom right was spinning and i was at 100% so was the whole team. i waited 5 minutes and i knew the game started, my team did a remake and now i lost lp and have a 20 minute ban!!!! this is insane, you cannot blame me for the clients mistake, you cannot blame my laptop for this issue. i mean this must be a bug in the client, and league has to fix this asap![zombie-nunu-bummed]
