[GAMEPLAY} ARAM Shop Range Is Different For Each Side

On ARAM, the range to access the shop is different for each side. http://i.imgur.com/MXDoKB8.png http://i.imgur.com/7MmLOme.png In these pictures I've moved as far away from the shop while still being in range and while touching the nexus. You can see the blue side can access the shop from further away. Could this be because the shops and nexuses (nexi?) are farther apart depending on which team you're on? I don't know, but I think this should be fixed
