[Gameplay] Mouse icon (Hand/Glove) disappears during game

I posted earlier today about this because I thought it only happened in ranked games... I was wrong. This happens in every game I play now somewhere around 18 to 20 minutes. I can't play because if this and have lost every game. My mouse icon disappears and I have to click around the map to figure out where it is. I can see the green clicking emote but there is no hand. This is the third time I've posted about this so I hope someone sees it and looks into it. I'm playing on a macbook pro so that may be my problem. I've initiated a full repair twice and this still continues to occur.
