Email verification, not receiving the mail!

i cant access my setting to change password I'm not getting the promised email to verification my account. It doesn't come in my inbox nor in my spam. i cant access my setting to change password

I have resend the mail 10 times but still nothing after half an hour I know my mail adress is right
