[GAMEPLAY] Kennen's E is not ignoring unit collision
Kennen's E has been really inconsistent for me lately. Though most of the time it works fine, sometimes it flat out doesn't ignore unit collision, sometimes it makes it harder or entirely impossible to maneuver around minions altogether for some reason, sometimes minions are in an odd state of semi-transparency so you can kind of phase through them but it slows you down at the same time... It's really strange and hard to describe.
I'm not sure entirely what causes it. I think flash has something to do with it, but It's very tedious to replicate conveniently because of the lack of sandbox mode because flash has such a long cooldown and I'm lazy. Certain other conditions, like flash-diving under tower, seems to make it happen more often. It pretty much exacerbates under any chaotic situations where a lot of stuff is happening at once, i.e teamfights. It seems to be mostly focused on minions, but It might happen with champions to, I just can't recall. Sometimes it goes away once you stop using E, sometimes it sticks around for a while and wont let you pass through minions for the rest of the game. I'm honestly way too much of a slacker to figure out why, bu I would really appreciate if someone looked into it. Thank you, friends.
